This program is the story of my life. It is what I have been doing for my family since 2005 using science based evidence when my daughter Noor was born in Atlanta, GA. At that moment, we decided that I would dedicate my life (and career) to health and human lifespan development. I was no longer interested in my former job at the IFC, World Bank and instead decided to pursue a Masters in Public Health, at Georgia State University focused on health behavior. Since then, I have gotten more and more specialized in order to meet the growing lifespan health behavior needs of communities of interest.

Coach Nada’s Sports Nutrition sessions (at CAC) have helped me learn more about my body’s intake of food and how to keep it running in top shape!
I have definitely become a better runner because of it!”

“When I started running, I focused on physical training and paid little attention to my nutrition. However, Coach Nada’s XC Sports Nutrition talks made me more aware of the importance of nutrition on health and performance. She guided us step-by-step through food groups and eating times by offering weekly talks and flyers. I began to feel stronger in my runs and improved my 5k time. Thank you so much, Coach Nada!”

Coach Nada was a great addition to the Cairo American College program by providing our student-athletes with nutritional information. Each week, we had a nutritional talk where she would provide the kids with information regarding superfoods, meal plans, and how to properly fuel for optimum competition. Thank you for all your information and hard work in showing the importance of nutrition to our athletes.

Concrete science-based tips from Nada Doraid have definitely contributed to improving my performance. For example, the impact of proper hydration on heart rate and how that translates into the perceived ease of my runs. Thank you, Nada for passing on this knowledge.
